Passionate

At MediaCom, we are committed to our clients, and to helping them succeed. We're also passionate about building a talented and enthusiastic team, and take care to nurture talent, in order to develop and retain the best people in the business.

Accountable

It's essential we understand and quantify the contribution our communication plans make to our clients' business success. We invest heavily in research and modelling systems around the world in order to prove the impact of our campaigns. We're accountable to our clients and to each other - MediaCom is a team where everyone takes responsibility for their actions.

Creative

We believe that everyone has the ability to be creative, at all levels and in all roles in the company. We invest in creativity training for every member of staff, and encourage our people to challenge the work that they do and the way that they do it. We believe that creativity and accountability are not mutually exclusive, and that we can (and should) produce award winning work that makes a huge difference to our clients' profits.

Straight talking

We encourage our team to speak their minds honestly at all times, to confront issues and problems head on, and to never hide behind marketing jargon. The quick delivery of good and bad news is equally important, and we will always give our honest opinion, even if that isn't always the easiest view to deliver.

Ahead of the game

The rate of change in the media landscape is accelerating, and we must keep on top of the latest developments if we are to give our clients the best advice.
